Andrei Dikouchine

FinRobot was founded and is managed by Andrei Dikouchine, an expert in corporate finance and M&A. Andrei started his professional career in 1993 as a management consultant with Deloitte & Touche CIS. Following completion of Masters in Finance programme from the London Business School in 1998 Andrei joined Salomon Smith Barney Investment Banking (presently Citigroup). As a TMT banker and later as an M&A specialist Andrei gained first-hand experience in major multibillion dollar fund raising, M&A and restructuring transactions. In 2005-2006 Andrei assisted KPMG Business Modelling Group to strengthen their offering for private equity clients. More recently in 2010-2012 Andrei headed corporate finance department at SUEK, one of the global coal miners

Work Experience	Andrei started his professional career in 1993 as a management consultant with Deloitte & Touche CIS, Moscow. Prior to gaining his business degree Andrei ran a boutique consulting business Interfinance MC with focus on change management and operational effeciency Gained first-hand corporate finance experience from five year tenure with Salomon Smith Barney (presently Citigroup) where Andrei worked as TMT and M&A specialist in London and New York During 2005-2006 was a member of KPMG Business Modelling Group in London covering private equity clients In 2010-2012 Andrei headed corporate finance and investor relations functions of SUEK, one of the global mining companies with substantial power generation assets As a corporate finance practitioner worked on interim basis on a number of acquisitions, corporate restructuring, fund raising projects in the UK, Switzerland, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Balkans and Russia
Achievements	Several publications in Harvard Business Review, frequently writes for CBonds Review, a reputable fixed income magazine in Russia Authored and delivered advanced modelling course for the London Business School Masters in Finance programme. In 2015 the course will be run for its 13th year As an interim CFO was instrumental in success of new pan-European Mobile Virtual Network Operator, Effortel Europe
