Andrei started his professional career in 1993 as a management consultant with Deloitte & Touche CIS, Moscow. Prior to gaining his business degree Andrei ran a boutique consulting business Interfinance MC with focus on change management and operational effeciency Gained first-hand corporate finance experience from five year tenure with Salomon Smith Barney (presently Citigroup) where Andrei worked as TMT and M&A specialist in London and New York During 2005-2006 was a member of KPMG Business Modelling Group in London covering private equity clients In 2010-2012 Andrei headed corporate finance and investor relations functions of SUEK, one of the global mining companies with substantial power generation assets As a corporate finance practitioner worked on interim basis on a number of acquisitions, corporate restructuring, fund raising projects in the UK, Switzerland, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Balkans and Russia |
