Custom Made Models

Cost effective turnkey solution for any modelling needs

Our automation technology goes beyond ready made Models. With our huge back catalogue of Industry Models and modelling assembly tools we can design world class financial models built exactly to your Specification at a very affordable cost.

How does it work?

Fill out the Request Form: the more information you provide the more cost effective we can be. We will review your specification and may ask for a few things to clarify. You will receive a final specification outline, delivery and cost estimates via email

If you are happy with our quote we will ask you pay 25% down payment and will proceed with putting your model together as soon as we get the payment. Once the model is built you will be notified via email and a full demo will be uploaded to your FinRobot account

Once you satisfy yourself that the demo’s structure and layout comply with the agreed specification we will ask you to make the final payment. Upon receipt of funds the full working model will be uploaded to your FinRobot account.

That’s it, no lengthy meetings, no PowerPoints, pure modelling delivered to you in a matter of days. As we aim to minimize human labour we are certain you would like the price too! Give us a try!

Topline Model

Sibling of Base Model, Topline Model has more functionality on the top line. You can choose to model sales dynamics based on customer acquisitions and retention or via traditional sales volume and pricing per unit of sales. Online assembly allows variation in number of COGS and Overhead elements. As the Model is focused on topline evolution, balance sheet structure and drivers are presented in condensed format.

Topline Model allows you to -

  • Choose your own calendar start and stop dates for the model (monthly, quarterly or annually)

  • Model revenues by customer traffic or sales volume and create up to ten product lines or user groups

  • Assign up to five direct cost elements for each product line or user group, driven by cost per user/unit or by general inflation factors, as desired

  • Model and populate separate schedules for overhead costs for up to five line items, fixed or variable, as desired

  • Set parameters for your opening balance sheet and working capital requirements, book future CapEx program and the Model will automatically work out its depreciation schedule

  • Generate three forms of financial statements – balance sheet, P&L and cash flow – and calculate tax liability and loss carry forwards

  • Сalculate NPV and IRR for your business or project

  • Save time with an easy interface to rename key elements of your revenue and cost items to suit your business environment, again with the ability to make later changes in Excel

Many additional flexible parameters that can be set in the model-building stage or changed later in Excel as shown in example. Note that yellow fields represent data which can be easily changed or manipulated in the final custom dynamic Excel file, without you needing to know how to code in Excel.

Base Model

Our first commercially available model called Base is suitable for long range planning needs of small and medium sized businesses or new projects. Driven by key operational assumptions Base Model provides a transparent and non-confusing way to forecast cash flows of a manufacturing and/or services business. You can assess suitability of Base Model for your needs by clicking on its Sample and Manual below.

Our Base Model, the first in our product range, allows you to -

Case Builder Model

Case Builder Model allows users to build, analyse and compare up to five forecast scenarios, or operating cases, for a business or a project. The Model allows toggling between cases to run an active case through full set of financial statements. New feature specific to Case Builder Model generates consolidated report for all cases at a push of a button. In comparison to Base Model, we reduced the number of steps required for on-line assembly.

Our Case Builder Model allows you to -

  • Select between two and five operating scenarios, or cases, with individual cost drivers driven by revenue percentage or by growth rate, as desired, toggle between cases to produce financial statements for an active case

  • Analyse and compare all cases with the help of  Analysis Report tab which shows operating and valuation metrics for all cases present in the Model (requires macro enabled in Excel settings)

  • Choose your own calendar start and stop dates for the model (monthly, quarterly or annually)
  • Populate or leave blank your own opening balance sheet data with the option to change it later in Excel, if desired

  • Choose up to five debt elements in the capital structure with individual rates and amortisation profiles

  • Populate data for up to five elements of your capex program, with individual depreciation schedules

  • Generate three forms of financial statements – balance sheet, P&L and cash flow – and calculate tax liability and loss carry forwards

  • Calculate NPV and IRR for your business or project for each operating case with ability to generate consolidated report for all cases

Many additional flexible inputs can be set in the model-building stage or changed later in Excel as shown in Example. Note that yellow fields represent inputs easily changeable or manipulated in the purchased Excel file, without you needing to know how to code in Excel.

Manufacturing Model

Manufacturing Model is best suited for modelling production processes based on uptime, output rate and pricing assumptions. For each product group users can assign up to ten cost drivers. Depending on the profile of your business these can depend on production volume (per unit driver), uptime (per hour or per work shift driver) or remain fixed (adjustable for inflation). The Model can describe any production environment from continuous 24*7 operations to weekly single or multi- shift schedules. Any input and output category can be relabelled to make your Model appear fully tailored.

Manufacturing Model allows you to:

  • Choose your own calendar start and stop dates for the model (monthly, quarterly or annually) and reset the start date later in Excel, if and when required;

  • Select between one and ten product lines to model uptime, output rates and pricing dynamics for each line;

  • Within each product line assign up to ten cost drivers to model COGS such as cost per unit or per hour of uptime, alternatively assume some costs to remain fixed (e.g. rents) but adjustable for inflation;

  • Model up to five elements of central overhead costs assigning them to be either variable or fixed and adjustable for inflation, if desired;

  • Set parameters for your opening balance sheet and working capital requirements, book future CapEx program and the Model will automatically work out its depreciation schedule;

  • Provide inputs and analyse impact from short term overdraft funding and/or long term debt financing;

  • Generate three forms of financial statements – balance sheet, P&L and cash flow – and calculate tax liability and loss carry forwards;

  • Сalculate NPV and IRR for your business or project;

  • Save time with an easy interface to repopulate input assumptions and/or to rename key elements of your revenue and cost items to suit your business environment with the ability to make later changes in Excel

Many additional flexible parameters that can be set in the model-building stage or changed later in Excel are shown in the Model's sceenshot. Note that yellow fields represent data which can be easily changed or manipulated in Excel, without you needing to know how to code in Excel.
